What's For Dinner: Weekly Menu 10/1

Pecan Crusted Chicken, Spinach Salad (Strawberries and leftover feta), Green Beans

Crockpot Roast Sticky Chicken, Zucchini and Carrot Bake, Spinach Salad (bacon and diced hard boiled eggs).

Shepards Pie (so good!)

Spaghetti Squash with Fresh Tomatoes Recipe (and added Pancetta)

Th was youngest daughters birthday, went to Red Robins (California Burger no bun!)

Fr: Large Salad with leftover Chicken, Bacon, Egg, diced Carrots, Celery.

Picture of the family's' plates - even the kids eat everything I prepare (you get what you get and you don't throw a fit has been our mantra since they were babies).
