- chili dogs (uncured beef), over yam fries, side salad
- spaghetti squash - pad thai chicken (Liked this texture much better than with zucchini noodles!)
- Tacos (some times we do with romaine wraps, some days with taco salad, this week we allowed our once in a great while cheat and did with corn shells (I don't do wheat bc of my tummy).
- Frittata, sausage patties and fruit
- Pecan crusted chicken - spinach salad (sliced strawberries and feta)-green beans
- bbq chicken - roasted zucchini mixed with brusselsprouts - tomato/cucumber slices
