Per husband request: Sausage and Peppers - recipe doubled!

Sweet Potato Chili

Roast Chicken and Gravy (So good), sauteed spinach and garlic, mashed cauliflower

Eggplant Bolognese (Extra Zuchini and Mushrooms)

Crock Pot BBQ Pork, shredded, cabbage, avocado
