2 weeks in one, as I didn't do last weeks menu:
uncured hotdogs/spinach salad/fruit (Back from Denver today, needed something easy, leftovers from last thursday).
BBQ Chicken, Zucchini Carrot Bake, sliced avocados
Cajun Jambalaya with Cauliflower Rice
Portabella Mushrooms with Burgers (on top, open faced sandwich), yam fries, salad
Crock Pot Sticky Chicken, Asparagus, steamed carrots
Gluten Free Mac/Cheese (Not Paleo, but Birthday Girls request), Burgers, Tomato and Avocado Salad
Mongolian Beef stir-fried with extra carrot sticks and broccoli
Steak, Mashed Garlic Cauliflower, Green Beans (french sliced removes the legume so you're left with the pod).
BBQ Chicken, Broccoli Salad (similar to this one, need to write up my recipe), steamed carrots
Hotdogs, sweet potato chips, salad fruit (heading to denver in morning, going easy!)
