What's for Dinner: Weekly Menu 6/24

Adobo Chicken, Cauliflower Rice Pilaf (this recipe but add in diced onion, celery, little bit of bacon and chicken broth), Asparagus

Burger Wraps, Kale "Chips", Yam Fries

Mongolian Beef with Carrots and Broccoli, over cauliflower rice (The cauliflower head makes a lot, so I divide it into two meals).

Salsa Dancing Chicken with Avocado, shredded cabbage salad

Taco Salads (Trying the recipe from the meatballs and making as taco meat).

Pecan Crusted Chicken, Pear Salad, Zucchini Sticks

For Dinner Saturday I made a breakfast for dinner:  sauteed portabella mushrooms, made breakfast sausage patties, uncured bacon, used the yam fries recipe and cubed it instead of sliced it, and some fried over medium eggs.  Paired with a Bloody Caesar for me and the mister.
